Our repair enquiries go beyond treadmill motor control boards. We also offer general electronic repair assessments for circuit boards and electronic equipment. Tell us what has stopped working and we’ll let you know whether we can help.
For an initial assessment, send the equipment make and model, a description of the fault, and clear photographs of the equipment label and affected component. Include any error messages or part numbers you can find.
Please contact the workshop before posting any equipment. We’ll confirm whether it is suitable for assessment and discuss the next steps. Repair costs, turnaround and any warranty will depend on the equipment and the work required, and will be confirmed for your enquiry.
THE REPAIR PROCESS

STEP 01
Get free phone advice to help identify whether your lower motor control board may be faulty. We’ll explain the next steps and provide removal guidance where appropriate.
STEP 02
After speaking with us, pack your component securely. Include your contact details, treadmill make and model, and a description of the fault.

STEP 03
Tim tests your board as part of the £14.95 diagnostic service, then explains the findings and provides a quotation based on the work required. No repair work starts without your approval.
If the board cannot be repaired, Tim can discuss replacement options.
STEP 04
Repaired electronics are functionally tested before return. Most parts are repaired and posted back within 3 working days; we’ll confirm the timing for your repair.
Payment is required before dispatch, with a full invoice provided.
