Call us first.
Get free phone advice to help identify whether your lower motor control board may be faulty. We’ll explain the next steps and provide removal guidance where appropriate.
After speaking with us, pack your component securely. Include your contact details, treadmill make and model, and a description of the fault.

STEP 03
Approve a clear quote.
We inspect the lower board and contact you with a repair quote. No work starts without your approval.
If it can’t be repaired, we can discuss a brand-new or fully tested refurbished replacement.
STEP 04
Tested. Paid. Returned.
Repaired electronics are functionally tested before return. Most parts are repaired and posted back within 3 working days; we’ll confirm the timing for your repair.
Payment is required before dispatch, with a full invoice provided.

Testing & return fee
